General Terms and Conditions

Aesthetics Wallcoverings is a trade-only company. To establish a trade account, please contact us at  info@aestheticswall.com. By establishing this account, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and  conditions. Please carefully read the information provided in this document. 

ORDERING

  1. All orders must be in writing, including email or mailed letters. No verbal orders will be accepted. 2. There are no minimum yardage requirements for purchase orders, unless otherwise specified.  3. Cutting fees do not apply to any of our products. 
  2. Shipped materials may vary from samples in showrooms, memos, binders, folder cards, and color  flipbooks. 
  3. We recommend requesting a cutting for approval (CFA) to have the most up-to-date lot number available  prior to placing an order. If CFAs are requested, approval must be noted in writing prior to releasing the  goods to ship.  
  4. No returns of merchandise will be accepted for dye lot variations between multiple lots if a CFA was not  requested prior to purchasing. 

ORDER PROCESSING 

Aesthetics will process all orders and provide quotes or invoices to the client or sales representative within 24  hours of receiving any purchase order. 

PAYMENTS AND CREDIT TERMS 

  1. Please allow 24 hours to process any form of payment. 
  2. Aesthetics accepts payments in the form of checks, credit cards, or wire transfers. A handling fee of $25  will be charged to the client for returned checks. 
  3. All orders must be processed via a Proforma Invoice, and payment must be made prior to shipping.4. 4. Clients with established accounts will be invoiced based on the terms of the credit agreement and are  responsible for submitting payment at the time of agreement. 
  4. Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel or change credit terms/line of credit at any time prior to confirming  an order without any prior notice. 
  5. For materials that are currently out of stock, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to proceed  with production.  

SHIPPING 

  1. In-stock orders from the Los Angeles warehouse will leave the warehouse within 2 business days after  payment has been processed. 
  2. In-stock orders from international warehouses will leave Europe on the following Tuesday or Wednesday  after payment is made on Thursday before 3:30 PM EST. After clearing customs, the products will ship  from our North America warehouse to the client by Thursday or Friday, and the client should receive the  goods the following week.
  3. We are unable to expedite shipments from Europe. Clients have the option to pay for FedEx next day from  the North America warehouse after the products clear customs.

PRICING 

  1. Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please contact us or your local sales  representative for current prices. 

RESERVES 

  1. Reserves will be accepted based on the availability of goods. 
  2. We will notify the client or sales representative prior to the reserve expiring; extension on reserves is  contingent upon product availability. 

PRODUCT CLAIMS 

  1. All claims must be filed within 30 days from the date of invoice.  
  2. Prior to cutting, all merchandise must be examined for any irregularities, including correct SKU, color,  pattern, and yardage. No claims or returns will be processed once the material has been cut or installed. 3. When a shipment is sent directly to a workroom, the client should have a CFA or sample of the product  available to the fabricator for identification purposes. 
  3. Claims for labor charges will not be considered under any circumstances. 
  4. In cases of damage or loss suffered in transit, it is the client’s responsibility to contact an Aesthetics  representative within 48 hours and provide proof/photographs of the damages. 
  5. During installation, a firm member must be present at the job site to inspect the installation. 7. Aesthetics will allow up to three test panels of wallcovering during installation. 
  6. Please note that hanging instructions are provided with the shipment. Aesthetics will not accept  responsibility for claims if hanging instructions are not followed. If hanging instructions are not provided  with your shipment, please immediately contact Aesthetics at info@aestheticswall.com prior to  installation or visit our website. 

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS 

  1. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days upon delivery of the goods.  
  2. Cancellations are subject to a 50% restocking fee once the goods have shipped. 

REFUNDS 

  1. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for a refund to process after  receipt of returned material. Refunds are processed via credit card or refund checks to the client. 

SALES TAX 

  1. Sales tax is charged based on the initial “ship to” destination. The client is responsible for providing a  completed Resale Certificate before completing payment of the order. If the client does not provide a  complete Resale Certificate, they are responsible for paying the required state’s sales tax designated by  the “ship to” address on the invoice.

SHIPPING, HANDLING, AND FREIGHT CLAIMS 

  1. The client is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Separate Freight invoices will not be  provided to the client. Clients may provide their own account number and request their own shipping  method; this is not applicable to all goods.  
  2. Please note that all ship dates are approximations and cannot be guaranteed. Aesthetics will make its best  efforts to meet these dates but will not assume additional freight charges for failure to meet ship dates. 11. In unforeseen weather conditions or circumstances that delay shipments with common carriers (FedEx,  USPS, DHL, UPS), Aesthetics will not assume additional freight charges for requested expedited shipping. Aesthetics is not responsible for any shipping errors on behalf of third-party logistics providers. 12. Aesthetics will not take responsibility for orders shipped incorrectly due to misinformation given by the  client. It is the client’s responsibility to provide Aesthetics with accurate and up-to-date shipping  information prior to the product leaving the warehouse. 
  3. Please note that all shipping claims must be addressed within 48 hours of delivery. Photos and  descriptions of damaged goods, including shipping boxes and bags, must be provided with the claim.  Shipping claims will be considered within 72 hours of claims. 

WARRANTY 

  1. Aesthetic’s standard warranty will be voided if additional treatments such as flame/stain treatments,  micro-venting, etc., are performed on the product. 
  2. All Aesthetics wallcoverings are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material for three  years. No claims will be accepted if the above instructions are not followed. Aesthetics is not liable for any  other damages or claims.
